If you are unsure of where to meet your photographer on the day, please refer to the confirmation email sent at the time of booking, as this contains all the details, including your photographer's phone number.
This can sometimes end up in your spam/junk folder, so please check there if you haven't received anything!
Rescheduling and Refunds
We require at least 7 days notice if you would like to reschedule your booking. Please use the form below to message us and we can update your booking for you. Please note that your photographer is NOT able to adjust or amend your booking - please contact the My Family Photo office directly for all booking enquiries.
- Our office is based in Sydney and is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm AEST. If you have any questions you are welcome to message us using the form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
